1. Identification.

On the other hand, the customer, natural or legal person who fills in quotation or purchase forms, with the required data and with which Tecro Space SL establishes a business relationship through these Conditions.

The customer knows, understands and freely accepts, after being informed, these General Conditions of Purchase.

Both parties are interested in formalising the present Conditions by accepting the terms established in them.

The order may be placed at the Customer's choice in any of the languages available on the website: Spanish, English, French and German.

In the event of any discrepancy between the translations of these conditions, the Spanish version shall prevail.

 

2. Modification.

The content of these conditions may change, as Tecro Space SL reserves the right to modify them.

We recommend the Customer to read them at the time of ordering, as they will apply those that are available on this website at any time, always being the acceptance of them a prior and essential step for the contracting.

 

3. Budgets.

On our website you can request a quote, and as soon as we receive it we will contact you.

Each budget has a date of issue and will be valid for 15 calendar days from that date, after this period will be necessary to request a review of the budget if you wish to proceed with the purchase.

Acceptance of a quotation will be considered valid once received in writing or by converting the quotation into an order in the customer area.

By accepting a quotation, the customer agrees to comply with the terms of payment and accepts Mezzanines Online's terms and conditions of purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify a quotation if Mezzanines Online's general terms, policies and conditions are not met.

 

4. Procedure for making the purchase.

- If you are already a customer you can place the order from your Client Area, in the ‘cart’.
- If you are not a customer, you must register on our website

Once the desired products have been selected, the customer must add them to the cart and proceed with the purchase, through the following steps (registering or logging in).

 

1st Registration (personal data)

To register you will be asked for:

- Name and surname, telephone number, e-mail address and a password.
- In the case of companies that are registering, it is recommended to include the VIES code if applicable. For Spanish companies, it is not necessary to complete this field at this stage. You will be asked for fiscal data at a later stage

2nd Addresses

- Invoicing address
- Shipping address if different from the billing address.
- Other fiscal data to issue the corresponding invoice (NIF or VIES).

These addresses will determine the final price of the order, including VAT or other taxes that may be applicable depending on the country of destination.

The customer will be able to view and know the final price before finalising the purchase.
The customer can enter a promotional code here if he/she has one.

The amount corresponding to the shipping of the order will be shown, depending on the destination address.
And if the customer wishes, he/she can leave an additional comment about the order.

4th Payment

The customer can make the payment through:

- Bank transfer
- Credit or debit card
- PayPal

It is necessary to accept the general conditions of purchase before completing the transaction.

It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review all information related to the selected products, including quantities, prices, shipping and billing details. Once you have reviewed the order summary, you will be able to make the payment by clicking ‘confirm order’.

E-mail communications will be sent to the address provided during the purchase process. The purpose of these communications is to inform the customer about the different stages of their order, as well as to provide other important information related to the purchase and delivery of the order.

The total cost, including applicable taxes and fees, will be shown at checkout based on the shipping and billing addresses provided by the customer. This is because applicable taxes vary depending on the destination country of the order.

Taxes according to destination:

Exports to the United States are DDP, which means that the seller pays all costs until the goods arrive at the agreed point, including those associated with customs.

Exports to Canada are DAP, which means that the buyer is responsible for all risks associated with import customs clearance and for paying duties and taxes once the goods arrive at the destination.

All methods of payment are prepaid and the goods will not be dispatched until Mezzanines Online has received the full amount of the order.

The customer can choose between the following payment methods:

- Paypal. Surcharge 2.4%. This platform offers the option of financing your order independently.

Mezzanines Online offers customised payment methods designed specifically for businesses, which are subject to a creditworthiness analysis and other prior factors. In the case of payment by bank transfer, Mezzanines Online reserves the right to cancel the order if we have not received payment 30 days after the order has been placed.

Payment by credit card is made on the bank's secure servers and all data provided for this purpose are encrypted to ensure maximum security.

Mezzanines Online is not responsible for the veracity of the data provided by the Customer when placing the order, nor for any damage caused to third parties due to the illegitimate use of payment methods by the Customer.

 

7. Electronic invoicing.

By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, you expressly authorise us to issue the invoice in electronic format, although you may at any time indicate your wish to receive a paper invoice.

The Customer will receive his invoice, in digital format, by e-mail upon receipt of the order, for the purchase of the products and services contracted. To request an invoice before receiving the goods, the customer can send an email to info@mezzaninesonline.com.

16. Force Majeure.

None of the parties shall be liable for breach of the obligations arising from these Conditions, when such breach is due to Force Majeure, in accordance with the provisions of current legislation and, therefore, there shall be no right to compensation.

 

18. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction.

The applicable law in case of dispute or conflict of interpretation of the terms that make up these conditions, as well as any question related to the services of the Mezzanines Online website will be the Spanish law.

The declaration of invalidity of one or more of the established conditions will not entail the invalidity of the rest of the conditions that will remain in force.

For the resolution of any dispute that may arise, Mezzanines Online and the Customer agree to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the Customer's domicile, provided that it is located in Spanish territory and acts as a consumer. Otherwise, the submission will be to the courts and tribunals of La Rioja, Spain.

19. Terms and Conditions - Black Friday

This promotion will be available from November 18, 2024, until December 2, 2024, at 11:59 PM (GMT+1).

The applied discounts will not be cumulative with other vouchers, promotions, or additional discounts.

The discounted price does not include VAT and shipping costs, which will be applied separately during the checkout process.

Each product will have its discount already applied, which will vary between 5% and 50%, depending on the item and the product availability during the promotion period.

Due to high demand during this limited discount period, it is possible that our standard delivery times may be affected.

Orders placed during Black Friday will not be able to have their delivery date changed. They will be processed as part of the normal workflow, i.e., it will not be possible to request a delay from our warehouse.

During Black Friday, discounted prices will be valid until 12/02/2024, when the offer will end. After this date, prices will be updated to the values published on our website.
