How do we achieve waterproof protection?
All these layers create what we call a "sandwich barrier", further ensuring protection against moisture and corrosion.
- Lacquered with polyester powder coating in micro-textured anthracite grey (RAL:7016): for a perfect finish and increased protection against corrosion.
- Chrome passivation: We apply a chrome passivation to further increase corrosion protection. It strengthens the resistance of the parts and prolongs their service life.
- Electrolytic zinc plating: We apply a layer of zinc at low temperature to protect the parts against corrosion.

Most of our products can be waterproofed, but not all. These have been carefully selected so that any mezzanine floor can be built.

The main difference is that the decking is an extra element that is laid on top of the mezzanine wood flooring. This is because the mezzanine flooring alone does not have the appropriate properties to withstand outdoor conditions.
