How do we achieve waterproof protection?
All these layers create what we call a "sandwich barrier", further ensuring protection against moisture and corrosion.
- Lacquered with polyester powder coating: for a perfect finish and increased protection against corrosion.
- Chrome passivation: We apply a chrome passivation to further increase corrosion protection. It strengthens the resistance of the parts and prolongs their service life.
- Electrolytic zinc plating: We apply a layer of zinc at low temperature to protect the parts against corrosion.

- Custom Color (RAL): an increase of 15% to the base price of the product. This allows you to choose the color of the steel parts of the mezzanine, stairs or railings.
- Cold galvanising: a 28% increase in the order. This process provides an additional layer of protection against damp and wear and tear, prolonging the life of your products.
- Logistical treatment: a set fee of $250. This component is essential as the product is customised and undergoes several stages of treatment, such as zinc plating and lacquering.
Remember that this investment not only protects your products, but also customises them to your preferences and ensures that they maintain their quality over time.
Of course you can! You can customize the color of the steel parts.
The treatment is applied in several stages. The raw steel parts go through a process of zinc plating, chrome passivation and sealing. Finally, a lacquer coating with paint is applied, which allows you to choose the color, so yes, you have the freedom to choose the final RAL color in which your parts are painted!
