Transactions from the United States and Canada are considered imports.
Exports to the United States are in DDP conditions, which means that the seller pays all costs until the goods arrive at the agreed point, including those associated with customs.
Exports to Canada are in DAP conditions, which means that the buyer is responsible for all risks associated with import customs clearance and for paying duties and taxes once the goods arrive at the destination.
It is important to note that when making international purchases, destination country specific taxes or duties may apply that we cannot anticipate, as they vary according to local regulations and individual circumstances. We recommend that you check your country's customs and tax policies before making your purchase to better understand any possible charges that may apply.

Sometimes, you can have any problem when paying by bank card. To check everything is OK revise the following aspects:

- The double authentication via SMS should be enabled. You receive an SMS with a code when placing the order.
